Rugby is a sweet gentle boy that is friendly.  He can be a little shy at first intil he gets to know you.  He is OK with dogs, as long as they're cat friendly. Good with children Very affectionate stray cat that was fortunate to be found in his foster moms yardd. He is loving life indoors, safe & cared for, indoors.
