Hi, my name is Seigel & I was surrendered when my previous owner moved in her with her mother-in-law who refused to let cat inside. I am a laid back, friendly boy that has suffered with eye issues my whole life. I needed to have entropion surgery to fix my eyes and I am feeling better than ever.
