Hello,  my name is Lex. I was surrendered by my family as they no longer were able to adjust to my needs. I had been brought to the vet 4 times in my short life due to eating hair ties. One time was a tinsel ball. It required 2 surgeries as my intestines have scar tissue that prevents things from moving through (things I shouldn't be eating). They were unable to adjust & make more of an effort to have me avoid temptation as they had young kids that left things out. Thankfully in my foster home I've been doing great. I eat normally & have no lasting affects from surgery. I have larger kitty toys to play with but they want to avoid anything with strings, tails,,feathers until they know I won't ingest those. Now onto how great I am. I am a sweet, loving purr machine. Great with kids, cats & dogs. Great companion for your home.
