Hello, my name is Blare. I'm pretty famous. I was screaming at the too of my lungs 55 feet up in a tree at 9 weeks old. I must have used up my voice out there as I'm relatively quiet in foster. I am sweet, yet a little shy & reserved at first. I would do best with another kitty friend to learn & grow from.  I do great with kids, especially if they carry me everywhere like a baby.
