Hello my name is Eugene and I was returned to SFAAR for being active and rambunctious. I liked to follow the kids out and eat food that was left unattended. Unfortunately they didn't want to work with SFAAR on these things so I ended up back in a foster home. I hope you choose to adopt me and understand that cats need love and guidance. Just like people.
